If you pay for this service, a 2-year re-download service for the very version of the product you purchased will be entitled to you, that's to say the service provider will keep the backup copy of the current version of the product you purchased, and you are allowed to download it anytime from the link given to you.

As we don't sell the CD separately, please purchase the product with the CD again and then contact us about your situation, and then we will refund you for your previous purchase after we confirm your purchase.
Generally speaking, you don't need to purchase the CD if you have an Internet connection, for you can download the latest program from our website anytime without any limitation, and then burn it with your registration information onto a CD as a backup by yourself, or save them together on your computer or some USB storage devices.
That's to say, the CD is more useful for those who don't have an Internet connection.

What does “CD Backup” mean?
A:
Generally speaking, the CD is a way to backing up the software. The moment your order is processed and fulfilled, a registration code and download link will be sent to you.

In case you ordered a CD, RegNow will send the CD with a copy of the latest version of this software to you on the same day. Well, you need to wait for 1-3 weeks before it finally arrives to you according to the delivery.

Before you get this CD, you can download the latest program from the download link anytime without any limitation, and then register it with your registration information as a backup by yourself.

If you upgrade the software, or get a new registration code later, the CD and former registration code may works unavailable, then you cannot register the software on the CD with the new registration code.

YOnce an order is processed and the registration details and download instructions are issued, it cannot be cancelled, for the order has been processed and fulfilled automatically. But there are also exceptions on a case-by-case basis under emergency or extenuating circumstances only.

1. Unaccepted Circumstances
Generally speaking, we do not refund or exchange products in the follow circumstances:
• You purchased the so-called "wrong" product, and then you purchased the so-called "right" one from another company but not from us.
• You are not seriously about your order.
• You are asking for a refund due to technical issues, but you refused to provide any detailed description of the problem to our support team at all.
• Asking for a refund for part of a bundle.
• You failed to receive the registration code for the product, and refused to try the "Registration Code Retrieval" wizard we offered to you.

2. Accepted Circumstances
Generally speaking, we offer refund or makes an exchange of the products in the follow circumstances:
• You purchased a wrong product from us, and then purchased the right one from us within 30 days. We can refund you for the wrong product after we confirm the situation. However, in case the two products you purchased are irrelevant, the refund will not be approved.
• Due to the system problem of the third party payment platform, you have been double charged than the price.
• The product you are purchased has fatal technical issues, and our technical support team failed to provide a fix or work-around to figure the problem out within one month.
• If you neither received the registration code of the product from us, or failed to retrieve the code from our "Registration Code Retrieval" wizard or got no response from our support team after reporting this to us.

Once your refund is approved, please follow the below steps:
1. Uninstall the software and remove it from your computer.
2. Destroy the disc and uninstall the software from your computer if you have purchased a CD version of the software.

How long can I get my money back?
